Only the outer layer of the Dual Pillow should be machine-washed to preserve the fluffiness for as long as possible and avoid clumping of the inner compartment. Pop the exterior layer on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Run an extra rinse and tumble dry on low with dryer balls. If you don't have a tumble dryer, you can hang it to dry - it's just take a bit longer. Laying it on a heater or in a well-ventilated area can also help speed up the drying process.
