I have been struggling with insomnia for months (mind racing, sensitive to sound/light/heat etc). This has helped put me to sleep quickly. So relaxing, and not too hot. I would say it is difficult to turn over in the night so I have been a bit stiff, but I'll take that over sleep deprivation any day. Love it!

Love this purchase! My son said it’s the best nights sleep he’d had in a very long time.. It’s a shame the spare removable covers are being discontinued though as it’s useful to have extra bedding. The all in one is a less favoured option as my washing machine wouldn’t like the weight, and hand washing/drying each week isn’t an option in our crazy busy house.
