Do you offer free returns?
Yes! We really hope you’ll love your products, but if they're not right for you, we make it super easy to return, and it’s absolutely free.
If you have any trouble just drop our customer services team a note at support@aeyla.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted.
How does the 30 night trial work?
We offer a risk-free 30 night trial on all products, excluding the aromatherapy & candle range. That means, if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for free for a full refund.
Please make sure to return your bedding in secure packaging to avoid it being damaged in transit. If the products arrive damaged, this may affect your return.
We suggest wrapping your returned box in a jiffy/shipping bag. Please note that all products need to be returned within its original packaging.
