How is this different from a normal memory foam pillow?+

A standard memory foam pillow gives you one feel, firm and contoured. The Dual is two pillows in one: a soft down-alternative shell surrounds a removable memory-foam core. Flip it, or take the core out entirely, and it becomes a different pillow. Firm clinical support on one side, soft hotel-pillow comfort on the other.

I'm a side sleeper with neck pain. Will this work?+

This is the most common clinical indication we see, and it's where the Dual performs best. Keep the memory-foam insert in place and sleep on that side, it fills the space between shoulder and ear, holding the cervical spine neutral. Median time to felt reduction is 7 nights; full adaptation at 10–14 nights.

Is the osteopath really registered?+

Yes. Dr. Evan Hayward is listed on the General Osteopathic Council's public register at osteopathy.org.uk/register. Every clinician who endorses us is verifiable. If a brand can't give you a name and a registration number, assume the endorsement is marketing.

Is it machine washable?+

The 100% cotton cover unzips and is machine washable at 40°C. The memory-foam core is not washable but is fully enclosed. We recommend washing the cover every 4–6 weeks.

Will it get hot?+
